Why have I not received a billing statement?
The most common reason is we do not have a correct or complete mailing address for you. If you have not received a statement at least seven days before your payment due date, please contact our office to verify your information. back to top -
Why doesn't the payoff balance show on my billing statement?Loan payoffs are calculated on a daily basis so any payoff quoted on your statement would be inaccurate by the time you received it in the mail. However, your current account balance is provided on the statement. Payoff quotes can be obtained by calling us during normal business hours. back to top

Why is your automated system not letting me make a payment?The most common reason is a data input error. In order to pay online, you will need your Southside Financial Group account number and the last four digits of the Buyer's or Co-Buyer's social security number. If your loan was recently purchased by Southside Financial Group, the information may not have been loaded into the online payment system at the time you attempted to make a payment. Do I have to keep full coverage insurance on my vehicle and does it have to be in my name?You are contractually required to provide full coverage insurance on your vehicle throughout the life of the loan with a maximum deductible of $500 for comprehensive coverage and $500 for collision.
